For best appointment availability, please call at least two weeks in advance for your appointments. If you leave a message, your call will be returned within two business days – often quicker!
Karen Golden Skin Care accepts cash and personal checks only as payment for all services.
Major credit cards are not accepted for payment but will be taken in order to hold first time client appointments.
The salon will call the day before scheduled appointments as a courtesy confirmation.
All first time clients must verbally confirm all appointments. If our call is not returned, we will remove the appointment from the book.
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the salon within 24 hours.
Missed or last minute cancellations will result in a full charge of services for first time clients.
Missed or last minute cancellations for returning clients will result in a $25 rebooking fee.
Gift certificates are available in any amount – and are valid one year from purchase.

Karen Golden Skin Care is located in Coolidge Corner, facing the Center Street Parking lot on the backside of Harvard Street. Our door is located to the direct left of the Good Vibrations Store. Please ring the third buzzer, and our receptionist will unlock the door. Walk up one flight of stairs, and take your first right.
There is ample metered parking available.
